  • CBO encourages its employees to utilize this great wilderness area by providing canoes and gear for them to reserve for their own trips free of charge.
  • Our employees can get in on great gear values as well as deep discounts on all of our store items.
  • There is a wide variety of free time activities, (more than time will allow) small mouth bass fishing, walleye and northern pike are excellent, right on Moose Lake. We also have one of the finest crops of blueberries in the area if you like berry picking.
  • On our property we have deer, bear, wolves, mink, pine martin otters, beaver, ducks, loons, eagles and other critters too many to name. Running, walking or biking down the Canadian Border Road can be a "wild adventure".
  • Of course there is any number of other water related activities as simple as a plunge off the CBO dock into clear clean waters of Moose Lake. There has been at least one attempt that I know of to paddle an inner tube to Prairie Portage, a seven mile paddle. But mostly we work.

If you can't play in it then why not work next to it and share all the wilderness has to offer with thousands of other lucky people. The truth is our customers are jealous of the experience our employees are getting.
